Brooke says: DO NOT USE KURB-IT!!!! Treated us poorly; upon further research found that the Utah Division of Occupational Labor and Licensing issued a citation against Kurb-It in August of 2008. Per search on utah.gov site, they are operating under an expired license? We received a bid from Kurb-It and they seemed nice enough. Gave us an exact start time and never showed up and never called. We called him numerous times over the next 3 WEEKS and he blew us off every time. Claims his crew drove by the day before and we weren't ready, which is untrue. He never called to say we didn't look ready, just told us he sent his crews to another job (no doubt one that would make him more money). He was VERY rude every time we called to see if he was coming. Took no responsibility for his mistakes or crews. When we calmly expressed frustration at his lack of professionalism, he said, "Listen Lady, this is construction." Well - that's not what I pay good money for.

When we calmly expressed frustration at his lack of professionalism, he said, "Listen Lady, this is construction." Well - that's not what I pay good money for. Fired him and am much happier! Unless you want to deal with an unreliable man with a temper, don't call Kurb-It.
